Mail receipts using AIX mail ??

How do I add a delivery and/or read receipt on mail ??

I am running a pSeries with an old AIX 4.3.3 OS and want to send automated messages in which I need to incorporate delivery and/or read receipts. Delivery receipts would suffice but if could get both delivery and read that would be great. Any suggestions ??

You can do this by attaching the delivery or the receipts to the message by using the mail command

man mail
