Mail Problem

We are using Act 2011 - Premium and Outlook 2007. Act it is automatically attaching Emails to contact's history. It is doing linking emails to people that it should not be.

how can I stop this from happening? We only want it to link to emails when we want it to.

You set the default in Tools | Preferences | Email
Then you can set for each individual email in the add-ins section on the Outlook email
