Mail Option from Oracle Reports

When I run a report from my oracle application. A window headed 'previewer' appears and from there I can choose to email the report.

However if I select 'Mail' I get the Microsoft Outlook setup wizard and the error message Profile name is not valid.

I have microsoft email working on my PC what do I need to do to be able to e-mail a report
