Mail not getting to all addresses

I am having a problem with exchange 2000 server not delivering to all address the message seem to disapear into the web as no ndr is returned fro all purposes the message went out fine but it never shows up at destination. I have triied sending to multiple addresses and it will go to some but not all and it it always the same address that does not get the mail it is also not the domain i know this because i have sent mail to another address on that domain
please help me to figure this out
