I am getting the following message in my root account. System Diagnostics Error Logging programs have NOT been installed on your system. Without these tools installed, information that could help prevent a system or peripheral failure will be ost. In addition,if a failure occurs, HP will not have the tools or data to diagnose the cause of the problem in a timely manner. This MAY CAUSE INCREASED DOWNTIME and possible futuref ailures. HP strongly suggests that you load these tools, which are provided on the Support Media included with your installation or update software.
Where can I go to get these tool sets, I am not sure the CDs I have include the tool set it is referencing. Are YOU Sancho?....No you are not. Is Scott Baio Sancho?....NO, he is not!....Only.."I"....am Sancho!

You need to install the OnlineDiags bundle off the quarterly SupportPlus CD.

Regards
Clare

I inherited this hardware and software with NO support contract. All I have are the Core OS CD, an older (June 2000) Support Plus CD, a set of 4 Application software CDs that require a code word (which I don't have) and a Core OS Options CD --all dated June 2000,

I have looked for an "explanation" of what all these CDs include or don't so I can tell if I need them, if I need to purchase a support contract to get updates etc.

Any help you can filter my way will be apprectiated. Are YOU Sancho?....No you are not. Is Scott Baio Sancho?....NO, he is not!....Only.."I"....am Sancho!
