I have set up a contacts list with extra defined data within Outlook 2000. I then want to use the mail merge facility to extract data from the Outlook 2000 contacts file to use.
When I use the mailmerge facility in Word , it only brings up the original defined fields for merging and not the additional user defined fields.
Does anyone know how to access all that data from a custom designed contacts file
