Mail Merge / PDF

Is it possible to export a form (mail merge)in a PDF format?

My goal is this. I am going to copy a PDF doc into a form to merge data onto. I then want to send the completed form back in a PDF format.

Any suggestions or tips would be great.

Yes, you actualy would have to print your current layout/records to PDF (form elements would NOT be interactive on the PDF)

I am guessing that you would these forms to be populated electronlically -using Acrobat then look into:
