Hi folks,
Dropping this into the exchange forum as that seems like the best place. We're using exchange 2010
We're running mail merge from word with excel lists and producing emails which are fine and that process is working ok. However the emails send immediately. In the end I created a fake smtp/pop account and stored the info into a pst, then dragged the mail into a specific exchange mailbox folder.
Any suggestions on how to:
a) Stop the mail from being sent immediately, this is shared mailbox so I can't just cut it off completely. I could use a different exchange mailbox if anyway can suggest an easy way through exchange to stop mail from being sent.
b) Allow other users to see the mails produced from the mail merge in real time without them being sent (which ruled out putting it into offline mode)
Sorry if this is a bit vague. Bit frazzled. Cheers in advanced...
