I am having a problem with formatting of a mail merge document (Outlook addresses onto Envelope's) When I put all of the fields on the document everything is nicely lined up for an address label. But when I view the merged data lines are all messed up. It looks as though the 2nd line is tabbed across from the first etc. But when I then click to hide the merged data everything is lined up again.
Why does this happen? and how can I fix it? also does anyone know anything about printers? when trying to print to the envelope my printer does not allow me to enter a custom size. Well technically it does but it always tells me that the dimensions I entered are not within the limits, even though they are. Not sure whats up with that, any ideas? More important that I sort out the address formatting though than the envelope.
