Mail Merge date field

Hi,
Welcome to DateSerial value of ZERO. You do realize that dates are just NUMBERS that can be FORMATTED to look like whatever date STRING you can imagine.
What value do you want instead? You could do an Edit/Replace after the merge.

Yes I do know that it can be formatted. The word doc is printed from VFP and the operator does not see the word doc and they cannot edit the doc. 95% of the time there will be a valid date. I need a way to skip this field if it is empty.
