Mail Merge and HTML Format

Hello,<br><br>I have been trying to successfully mail merge and HTML document with<br>limited success.<br><br>The merge is actually occurring correctly. That is, my fields are<br>replacing appropriately. The HTML document looks good in Word.<br>However, when it arrives in Outlook it is converted to plain text.<br><br>I have tried several suggestions I located on the MS Knowledge Base.<br>No success yet.<br><br>Any suggestions would be appreciated.<br><br>Thanks,<br>Neeva Candida<br>

Wow Neeva, that's long ago. I've come across the same problem. Can't believe we're the only ones. I was surprised there wasn't anything in the KB.

Have you solved this problem by now and could you share the solution with me?
