Mail list

Hello everyone,
does any of you know of any script that will allow user to enter email and subscribe or unsubscribe to a mailing list (can be separate page). I need one where user can click on the checkbox beside the appropriate mail list that they want to subscribe or unsubscribe (should be able to do one or more at the time) I would write it myself, but I don't have time, I need this ASAP. Can somebody please help.

you can always use a preset one from a provider...

I cant think of any off hand, i konw yahoo does one

otherwise, you could use a database with the email address of everyone then dynamically create and send the emails with an server side plugin...
