Mail items are not displayed in the e-mail client after restore

We have a problem , after making a new server, we were going to restore single mailboxes with BackupExec 8.6/Exchange Agent.
On the new server, every single mailbox have the "Top of information store"

But on the backups from the old server the mailboxes have "Överst i informationsarkivet", a different language on the stores.

If I am going to be able to restore, I have to make a mailbox that are in Swedish, how do I do that.
