I have a very weird problem......

We are running Exchange 2003 with about 300 users. For some strange reason, 3 Exchange user accounts can no longer send email (at least not consistently).

The message appears in their "Sent Items" for about 5 seconds and then suddenly dissapears. The recipient never receives the message and the message is never able to be found.

Not one error message is generated. It's acts as though the message has never been sent.... It's very strange....

Any Ideas?

I'd verify that the user is not looking at an "Unread Items" type view in their sent items folder because this sounds really strange.

You have verified that the recipient isn't getting the messages? Have you tried enabling delivery reciepts to see if it is at least reaching the server?

I hope you find this post helpful. Please let me know if it was.

Regards,

Mark
