Mail::Internet

I am working with this module for the first time. I have a few v simple questions. When I try to execute a simple script using the module I get the following error.

Can't locate auto/Mail/Internet/autosplit.ix in @INC (@INC contains: C:/Perl/lib
C:/Perl/site/lib .) at C:/Perl/lib/AutoLoader.pm line 146.

Where can I get the autosplit.ix file? There is no mail->internet folder in /lib/auto or site/lib/auto folder.

How can I pick up a mail. Should I just save a sample mail to my c: and read it from there.

Sorry about the simple quest's I have never used this before.

Mail::Internet may be dependent on this module, MailTools.

Why file type is this, how do I install the module?? I have copied it to my desktop but am unable to access it.
