Mail in INBOX but no where to be found

Hi,

I have a user who appears to have 1 to 3 emails in the Inbox, but when I searched for these emails I don't see them anywhere in Inbox. I click on VIEW UNREAD AND BACK TO VIEW ALL, I have refreshed the Design, DB fixup and is running the latest Notes 6.5.4. Can't seem to fix the problem.

You can choose:
- Edit
- Unread Marks>
- Mark All Read

You'll be prompted "are you sure you want to..."
Say yes and they'll go away!
