We are a single domain with three relay servers and 3 exchange 2003 servers. Two sites in the US one here in the UK. MX record costing are equal for one of the US sites and the UK site. We are noticing that mail to the UK site gets hekd for up to 2 -3 hours by the US relay server before being released. We can't find any reason for this. Has anyone seen this before or got any ideas? The queues are empty and no faults are being reported. Any ideas?
