I have a user that belongs to a number of in house mailgroups.
One of the groups "education task force" has had other mailgroups added to it - ie - managers
Since he is no longer on the education task force but wants to see messages if he has time he wrote a business rule to automaticly put anything to 'task force' to his deleted items folder.
The problem is that anything sent to 'managers' also now goes to deleted items since it is part of the other group.
I suggested he dis-enroll from 'task force' but he wants to look at them for interst just have them clutter up his inbox.
any ideas?
