Mail gets stuck until click on Outlook

Not sure if this problem is because of Exchange, SBS, Outlook or Groupshield/Spamkiller ?

An Example:
Someone may send an internal Email, ten minutes later you click on say another part of Outlook such as the calender and the Email will be recieved. This is probably happening with all incoming Email.

Any one had this ?

I have the same problem and have never been able to figure it out. It's only on Outlook 2002, not 2003. And it only appeared after I upgraded from Exchange 2000.

I do not have SBS or Groupshield/spamkiller. So those are not the problems.

If the computer is Windows XP with SP2 make sure to add Outlook to the allow on the firewall.

It's SP2, but the firewall is disabled when the computer is on the LAN.

We had the same problem. Uninstalled MS Proxy client and the problem when away.
