Hi,

Can someone help me.
I try to setup an out of office rule in Outlook to forward all the incoming mail to my yahoo email account but it doesn't work. Please give some help. Thanks

Try creating a contact in Active Directory for your Yahoo account. Enable advanced features in the Active Directory window, and then double-click on the new contact. Go to Exchange Advanced and hide the address from the Global List (so your other users don't see it). Then, double-click on your own exchange user account and go to Exchange General. Click the Delivery Options button and setup forwarding to the Yahoo account (you probably want to have it deliver to both locations). Remove the forward when you return.
