Mail Forwarding Question

hi,

i have 2 different domains with exchange 2003 and win2003. domain A owns "mydomain.com". domain B owns "nodomain.com".
these 2 entities are actually part of the same organization but are seperate for security reasons. here's my question.
domain B, "nodomain.com" wants the email to say xyz@mydomain.com. i know this is possible if i forward the email from domain A. but can i get it to work when sending email to the outside world? i don't want to my email to to say xyz@nodomain.com. thanks in advance.
