Greetings!

I am about to proceed in changing ISPs in a network with approximately 25 users, 20 users where server is housed and 5 on remote premises. I need to configure the exchange server so that mail will be retrieved from new ISP and not the old one.

Where can I make changes on the exchange server 5.5 for this to take place? And also are there any other mail forwarding and retrieval considerations to take into account, on both the server and the client. Thank you.

Imagination is the only weapon we have in the war against reality.

I believe there is a DNS setting on your DNS server that specifies where your mail comes to in your domain...Are you downloading your mail from your ISP using a dial-up or something? I think more information is required.

are you changing domains or just ISPs?
