Has anyone seen this?? A user was getting messages that her email box was full. User cleans everything out, and it says that she still has 37mb's of used space in her email.. Email Admin found that by being logged in as the email admin, and clicking on the outlook today, user had over 1000 emails, dating back to 1999. The location of these emails was "top of information store" The most recent email was May 23, 2003. Does anyone know how these emails could be getting there??
