Hi,
Hope you can help, as i am pretty new to goldmine.
we just completed a Exchange 2000 migration from verison 5.5, that went well. After the migration the emails that are sent to some users, are showing as HTML attachments, this happens for internal users who send mail to the goldmine group, and for external customers from different organisations.
I thought that it could be the email type, ie sent as RTF or HTML or text. several tests have proved that any format will be an attachment. The twist is that if you open the mailbox in outlook say, the email is displayed the body, and not as an attachment.
Any help most appreciated..
