Hey I was wondering how to unlocking a mail box in a nortell phone system. I press feature 981 then ask for the password, so i type the mail box password then it says it is locked in admin, So i was wondering how to unlock it in the admn function thanks,

This is a question for the Norstar forum, but you need to do a F983 for the admin box, then enter either 10200 or 10020000 for the password, choose mbadmin, then reset password. That should do it for you.

Oh, sorry about that, I just saw nortell and thought i was good to go. But that worked. Thank you
