System has approx 60 mailbox's.
On approx 10 when I change the name associated I get a message saying "no matching record found" but the name actually changes. (Have to cancel to close update box)
If I attempt to enable Vmail to Email, I get the same message but the email address is not added.
The Vmail box's are working fine and the rest on the sytem can be changed and are working O.K.
Is the solution to delete them and then create new and get the customer to re-record their messages.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Rich do you have a advanced voicemail licence on this system?

You might have VM DB corruption. Usually due to duplication. The mailboxes continue to function but cannot be edited. Often then cannot be found in the form.

Not saying for sure if this is the problem but worth looking into.

I have deleted one of the problem MBoxes and then re-input and all is working on the new mailbox.
Is there any way of checking for corruption ?

Here is a document for fixing duplicate mb's

My experiences with this issue say that you do not have this issue but here it is anyway.
