Mail.box rules not working anymore

Hey,

My Domino server , 6.5.1, is having problems with the mail rules I've setup in it in the config. (Router/SMTP-Restrictions & Controls-Rules)

I use the mail rules to filter out thing like certain file extensions, and other conditions.

Now my rules are not working any more.

I've deleted all the rules and recreated then, but still mail.box will not use them.

One of my rules is this:
When: Any attachment name contains .zip: change routing state - mark as held.

I have similar rules for .exe, .scr, .pif, etc...

.exe files used to get caught, and I would allow any that were expected, and delete the rest.

I don't get it. Any help would be great, as I'm not even close to a Domino guru.
