Mail Bounce Back

A user is getting emails bouncing back from a particular recipient . The error message is below. Just wanting troubleshooting advice?

Sending email from the other alias going through to the recipient.

If email is bouncing back from one of the aliases, is it an issue with the SMTP connector?

Can other people with this organisation send to this recipient?
Can this user send to other people?
As kurio askes, does this user have any aliases, and do these all exhibit the same problem.

The Send As settings were corrupted from that mailbox.
