Alot of my users send mail with out exchange 5.5 server but seem to have their messages arrive at their destination and being directed into the junk or Spam folder. Any thoughts?

I've checked all the RBLs that I know, and do not see my servers listed. Is there something I should change?

Check you IP address (it shows at the top right hand corner of web page at the link below) using the spam database lookup at It will tell you what spam databases you are listed on.

You should also make sure that you have a PTR record (reverse DNS). This will show as the first test when you run the lookup at the link above.

Cheers.
