My mail is backing up in the Mailroot.vs1/Queue folder. Mail is flowing through (if you can call it that), but it is not as fast as what is coming in. All Updates are installed. Running Server 2000 and Exchange 2000. I am looking for a direction to head. The Queue is up to 500 and growing.

Help!

David

Well, I think I found the issue. We are using MailEssentials for SPAM filtering. Some of the relay DNS blacklist check entries timed out when I verified them. After disabling them on the list, the Queue immediatly started clearing.

Hope this helps someone.

Thanks for posting your solution. It's always helpful to someone else down the road when they have a similar problem.
