Mail arriving late

Our company website has a contact form. People fill out the form and then it gets sent to whomever the person specified. Specifically, it gets sent to our ISP, where all our internet e-mail accounts reside.

Today a user told me that he suddenly (today) got 25 e-mails from the aforementioned online form which were all filled out last Friday. In other words, his Notes client pulled those e-mails off the ISP server just today. Why the delay?

Anyone got any ideas for this one?

This Problem is from user ISP Side. Check the Trafic. It might Block
