mail arrives as attachments

I've got a user who gets mail delivered as an attachment. The disclaimer is attached and so is the content.

I had a similar situation happen with a user and our Rightfax system. I resolved it by removing MSWord as the email editor.

An attachment called 'Winmail.Dat' is a good indication that the mail has been stored at a server or opened by a client that the software is either set to or does not understand MAPI, yet the message has been sent from a MAPI compatible client.
