Mail and HTML

Hey all!
i'm not sure its the right forum, but i think its connected to iis issues somehow

My question is:

How can i send mails that its content (HTML\ASP) will be downloaded from a dedicated server when the client opens them? so far, i have managed that it will send the html within the email, means - a much bigger email!
please let me know if you know how to do this! thanks

one thing i would do is just to send them a link to the dedicated download page in there e-mail.

I'm about 90% confident to say that most email servers will only accept html format emails. This is due to the security risks of running scripts when clients open their email.
