Max acd agents is listed in LD 17 but doesn't appear on my cfn record. Am I looking in the wrong place? Thank you for the help,

Agent IDs are now tied to ISM parameters - Require keycodes to change. You can print in LD 22 - ISM. or if you enter LD 11 the available and used agents IDs will show.
