Magnex Minidrive problem

Hi everyone,
I need some help with a Memorex Minidrive I used without any problem with Windows 98; I connected it to an apple ibook with OS X and the system asked me to initialize (or something similar) the minidrive, I did it and now it works on Mac and no more on Win.
Does anyone know if it is possible to re-initialize the minidrive so I can use it on both o.s.?
