Magix with Voice Mail question about messages

Working on a Magix, had to turn the power off, and when I turn the power back on the 4412D only show date and time, before it used to show: Old Messages____ New Messages___
Please advise if this is something that can be programmed.

Well George,

It sounds to me like you powered the Carriers up in the WRONG SEQUENCE.

When you power these up, you must turn on the RIGHT MOST CARRIER first, then (after about 5 Seconds)the one to the LEFT OF THAT, and if you have 3, wait 5 more seconds and power up the one to the left of middle.

Just as Liberace always did his act, these things have to be done in the proper sequence.

(OK, he wore SEQUINSE, but whatever....)
