Magix with 2 different 412tdl cards in slot 1 doing a demand test / internal loopback DSE1 failure

IS THIS FAILURE DO TO A BAD SLOT.I've never seen this before & that includes my Lucent & Avaya days

I'm not familiar with that failure. The title says 2 different cards. Was that a card replacement or a simple swap/switch of 2 existing cards and the problem stayed with the slot [ponder]
