I have single extension that is to have a dedicated line that goes to this phone only. I cannot get internal or external calls to go to VM. Please help.

c8c5dPhoneGuy is it in the voice mail group cover (usually 30) ?
is coverage turned off for that extension
Print extension info, but what you might want to try first,

program a button
go off hook, #00 (press an available button) *49 [hangup] (Green means no Coverage from extension )

go off hook, #00 (press an available button) *46 [hangup] (Green means no Voicemail Coverage)

if either button is green, push it once to turn off then delete it.

You need the extension assigned to the voicemail coverage group, but you also need the extension assigned as the principal user of the line.
