Hi,

Currently have a customer with a intergration issue. They have NEC systems across the country with 1 Magix. Im wondering if it is possible to have 5 digit extensions on a Magix Switch

no, yet, you could all udp routing to append the 1st digit for the NEC switch, such as, NEC is X51000-X51999, whenever the magix would dial 1000 the legend would append a 5 in front. The only problem is, can the NEC delete the first digit and send only 4 to the magix?

had another idea as well, maybe the NEC wouldn't have to remove the first digit because the legend will only accept 4 digits for the extension, or match the first four, so it might disreguard the last digit. Or have the NEC remove the last digit, anybody on the NEC would be none the wiser.
