Hello I have a magix system that i cannot dial 00 for over seas calls is there a special table i need to set up thanks

There already is a special table setup - however it only applies if the system is in Hybrid/PBX mode. If in Hybrid/PBX mode, increase the FRL for extentions needing to make overseas calls to 4 from 3.

HELLO IM HAVING A PROBLEM DIALING 011 CALLS ON REGULAR COPPER LINES LINES ARE IN POOL 70 USING ARS PHONES DIAL 9 TO GET OUT PLEASE ADVISE THANK YOU

You need to do a printout of your ARS tables - to see if some of these tables are programmed to restrict overseas calls - and if the extentions that cannot make these calls are included in those tables.

If you are using PRI - you need to check a special table to see if it is deleting too many digits.

Check under Lines and Trunks,PRI,Outgoing tables,Special services,Delete digits. By DEFAULT it will be set to delete 3 digits on all entries. Change that to delete 0 digits, and the system will send exactely what you dial, and will not absorb any digits.

Some LD's also prefer the call setup as National even though the call is International....

I would suggest that you print and post your PRI translations.
