Magix Ring Pattern

I have a customer who is trying to use a wireless headset connected to a 4406 telephone and is having trouble answering calls. The wireless headset will only work on internal calls only. I know that there are different ring patterns for internal (1 long) and external (1 short 1 long) calls, but was wondering if there is either a system or station setting that would allow me to change that, so all calls are presented as one long ring. Thanks for your help.

I hope I use the corect terminology. For digital phones, the cadences can be changed, but the patterns are fixed.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.
