Magix RCF ?

I have a cust with a R4 Magix- I set it us as Hybrid/PBX because they have DID's. The 70 pool is empty & all phones are set up like key phones(all lines on each set) My ? is how to set up RCF. I gave a user RCF permission & made her phone the principal user of the lines because she wants the lines to be forwarded to her cell if she needs to leave the office. I gave her a cf button and had her cf her phone but it is not forwarding. Could this be due to the fact that there are no lines in the 70 pool & you have to dial 9 in the call frd dial string?? I did a print of her phone & it does have the cf number there. Thanks in advance!!

Did you allow RCF AND "Trunk to transfer"?

The Problem as you said is the 9. The magix assumes since you are in hybrid pbx mode that you have lines in pool 70. Why don't you take one of the "back lines" or maybe a fax line and assign that line to pool 70. That way RCF would work. I know not really what you were looking for, but I hope this helps.
