Magix R7 - 1 ext can't make outside calls

Ive taken over service of Magix R7 using PRI. One ext (437) cannot make outside calls. There is no waive-off signal, so I don't think it is restriction related. The display says "Outside" followed by the dialed number, but it just sits there. This is s recent problem, as a month ago it worked fine. I have performed an extension copy from a working extension to no avail.

Thanks to technology, we can instantly communicate across the world, but it still doesn't help us know what to say.

Print the station information for the bad extension and a working extension, then stare and compare. The report viewer allows you to show the reports side by side and highlight the differences, and show ONLY the differences.

Thanks Tommy... I found the port to be bad and moved it to a vacant port. Trouble resolved.
