Documents have been posted. Looks like you can now ring ALL PHONES in a calling group """YEAH""" Agent Id for TSAPI and music on hold that is calling group specific
 
well, it is about time for the calling group enhancements. Finally, something useful instead of HotDialpad.
 
Do they know how much work the just saved us all by adding that feature. Anyone know when it is due on the market.
 
Hot dial pad is pretty cool.
 
WinSPM 8 update has been posted on the Avaya Support Page. It must be coming soon.
