Took a call today from a prospective new customer today. They have a Magix R1.5 and have been experiencing problems ever since they cutover T1 to new vendor. Symptoms they describe include phones in calling groups not ringing properly, cover buttons not working,headset buttons not working and numeorus other quirks. The previous vendor had their Magix tech leave and the tech who did the cutover told me all he did was change programming for first ten trunks and set the to Tie lines. He then described it where system would work properly for a period of time then "lose" ringing etc. I have a call in now to carrier to get more info but wanted to get this posted.
