Good morning all,
I have a tech out at a site this morning and we are experiencing something strange. We have it set up as Hybrid/PBX, we are trying to take the lines 801-808 out of Pool 70 but everytime he tries to go into programming it seems to block him from getting into the "Pools" heading. He just gets the beep and he can't go anywhere. He is programming on an MLX20.
Any ideas?

Double check the HYBRID PBX setting.

If the processor is HARD SET (With the SWITCHES) for KEY, this may be a problem.

Also, If this it the initial install, I would do a HARD RESET on the processor under maintenance.
