I have a magix with PRI and the site has 2 company's that ring the front desk. We would like it to ring on the right side for 1 company and the left for the other. Is that possible? Right now 1 company is ringing on the left on SS-Ring button and I setup a cover button on the right so it is kinda working. I don't have caller ID on the cover button though. also the second company doesn't go to AA after 5 rings like the first company does. I don't know what I am missing. Thanks for your help on this.

you could use shared sa buttons instead of coverage. The disadvantage is that an operator cannot have shared sa buttons, so the extension needs to be reprogrammed as a non operator if that will work for your situation.
