I have a Magix R1 prosessor and the part number is:
617s33-k ends with a K. Does that mean the K stands for key mode? I can't seem to get it to switch from key mode to pool or PBX mode? Could someone explain how to get this thing to switch to PBX so I can pool the lines.

Thanks so much!

From WinSPM or the operator phone go to System-->Mode and then you can choose Hybrid/PBX. This should get you going...

You may also want to check the processor module, at the back (near the card-edge connector) there are two small toggle switches. Both these switches should be toward the card-edge connector. If they are towards the front of the module, you are in permanant 'key' mode.
