I have a magix pri that loss power for half hour. Now when it came back up, according to carrier they are all good. I can only make outbound calls. When calling in you get a fast busy. I believe it could be the D cannel is down. Does anyone agree? It worked fine before I shut the magix down but now the inbound problem occurs.

I know it is very basic, but try just unplugging the CAT5 PRI cable from the 100D card on the Magix, wait for it to go red, and then plug it back in. It will resynch to their hardware.

Without the "D" channel up nothing works on a PRI , in or out..

What lights are on the DS1 board when someone calls out? Try it yourself using one of the system phones while your looking at the DS1 board. What does it do?

How is the PRI delivered? Does your provider use some kind of Adtran or Cisco IAD? And if so, did it also lose power? If so, they may have forgotten to save their configuration, and have defaulted back to NI2 on their end. (happens all the time around here, we have to remind them to save their configs!)
