I have setup a few of these in the past, never had this trouble.

I am in B-channel Grp (group 1), set my B-channels 0223-0201, set the lines 5-26, set network services, misc. to Call by Call, When I try to click Incoming routing, it beeps at nme that I cannot go in there to change it to by dial plan. What am I missing?
